My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, clean, and most importantly, quiet, perfect for our family of four in the heart of NYC. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. The location was ideal, within walking distance to Central Park, the best shopping areas, and great dining options. The dining experience served brewed coffee to my room, which was a nice touch, and the facilities were top-notch.
My stay at the hotel was comfortable and spacious, ideal for a family of 2 adults and 4 young children. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, but they could use some updates in the bathroom facilities. Although the rooms were on the expensive side compared to other hotels, the overall experience was good.
